Message From the Head of the Organizing Committee of the Sofia Dental Meeting 2011:

Welcome to Sofia Dental Meeting 2012

Dear Friends,

It is my pleasure to invite you to Sofia Dental Meeting 2012 - the largest international dental forum in Southeastern Europe, attracting each year more and more dental specialists from all over the world. You will become witnesses of an event unique in its scale and organization. Our aim is to offer dental specialists the best learning opportunities in all fields of modern dentistry and thus help them practice their profession in accordance with the highest standards.

SDM will be held, as in previous years, at the Dedeman Princess Hotel in Sofia. This year’s Sofia Dental Meeting is particularly special to our team as it is the Fifth Anniversary edition of the congress and we are determined to make it the best edition so far. We are preparing an exceptional program which will live up to the expectations of even the most demanding participants.

SDM is constantly increasing its popularity in Bulgaria and abroad. The number of attendees exceeded 1000 at the last edition of the conference. Sofia Dental Meeting 2011 offered the attendees a rich four-day program featuring more than 80 events conducted by more than 50 lecturers - 40 lectures, 30 hands-on workshops, 11 live clinical demonstrations on patients and 5 discussion panels. All these covered various topics in the fields of Implantology, Periodontology , Endodontics, Prosthetics, Esthetic Dentistry, Pediatric Dentistry and Orthodontics. A special part of our program was the lecture session for dental technicians.

Over the past four years many world-famous lecturers have participated at our conferences. So far we already have on our guest-list the names of Prof. Touati, Prof. Bichacho, Prof. LeGall, Prof. Putignano, Prof. Saadoun, Dr. Landsberg, Dr. Lasserre, Dr. Fradeani, Dr. Henry Salama, Prof. Gambarini, Prof. Khoury, Dr. Rafi Romano, Dr. Devoto, Dr. Dalloca and many others.
